Painted products cannot be returned or offered for warranty !!
Product with water / moist / condensation.
If you see some fog or moisture inside the lens, it's not necessarily a water issue, the lights are often designed with a breather.
It's purpose is to adjust the pressure inside the light and push out moisture, the lights are also designed to withstand moisture inside, so the durability of the light shouldn't be affected.
So, there is no need to replace the product at the first sign of moisture inside, you first need to determine if it's a water problem or not.
Since all errands regarding these situations will be unique it's hard create a document covering all different variables, so it's always good to give it some time, to see if it gets better by itself or not.
How long time should it take before the situation is resolved, if everything is working as it should?
Even if the breather is working and the product isn't leaking water, it could still take a couple of weeks, depending on how warm the light gets, how often it's used, how humid the air is surrounding the product.
If there is only light moisture/mist/condensation in the lamp, this will not be replaced under warranty, as indicated above, the moisture will go out of the lamp after a while.
If there is a lot of water in the product and the product is not damaged, you can submit it for warranty and we will look into this.
